A partnership built out of a love of music, karma & crew catering; Kirsty Gbasai & Emma Munton are Buff Bang Pow!

Buff began in 2006 as a club night showcasing live bands and DJ's based in Manchester, with the ethos that band nights should be all about the music & not how many punters the band could pull in... Having worked with some of the best unsigned bands in Manchester and further afield Buff has been moving from strength to strength.

This success and notoriety have allowed Kirsty & Emma to spread their proverbial wings and are now not only specialist Event Managers and DJ's but also Managers, representing the Manchester based band The Unstoppable Team.

Not only do they organise events & showcase their own bands; they also help the cream of the rest of the unsigned crop to further their careers and are regular contributors to other unsigned nights such as The Aftershow, Friends of Mine & Curious Generation. Along with other well respected local promoters, The Buff Girls are helping to spearhead Manchester’s unofficial campaign to regain its rightful place as the home of live music.
